Store – Goop Lab

25 Bond Street, NoHo

Gwyneth Paltrow's lifestyle brand Goop opened its flagship located on one of my favorite streets in NoHo. The store offers a curated selection of accessories, beauty + skincare, footwear, clothing, gifts, health products, homeware and jewelry from a variety of brands including Goop's G. Label collection, Victoria Beckham, Rochas, Acne, Marni and Brock. The store offers in-store beauty services, events and cooking demos to promote Goops beauty, skincare and kitchen products. I love the section of self-care products – perfect for gifting.

Restaurant – Kiki's

130 Division Street, Lower East Side

One of my go-to dinner spots located on the border of Lower East Side and Chinatown. The Greek food is simple and delicious, the people are cool and the prices are surprisingly affordable. Since they don't take reservations and there is always a long wait, I usually put my name down and then walk over to Bar Belly for a drink.

Spa – AIRE Ancient Baths

88 Franklin Street, TriBeCa

If I'm treating myself or a friend to a spa day, AIRE is hands down the place to go. Located in Tribeca in a former textile factory built in 1883, the industrial space has a stunning atmosphere with a minimal aesthetic consisting mainly of white marble, brick walls and terracotta lanterns. I usually just chill in the temperature controlled pools and saunas, but you can also book massages.

Salon – White Rose Collective

201 E 2nd Street, East Village

White Rose is my trusted salon that specializes in that natural and effortless vacation hair / model off duty aesthetic. I love how intimate and laid back the space feels, with mirrors and light fixtures handpicked in Morocco by the owner Teddi Cranford. I book haircuts and blowouts, but I've heard they are amazing with color as well.

Coffee – Blue Bottle

101 University Place, Greenwich Village

I like to grab a cold brew coffee to go (even in the winter) at Blue Bottle and sit on a stoop to people watch. Check out the Instagram account @watchingnewyork to get a feel of the cities authentic street style and diversity.

Workout – Classpass

I love to start my day with a workout, so as soon as I land in NY the first thing I do is reactivate my Classpass. After years of trying out different workouts, I finally discovered what gives me the best results for a lean and toned body. Barre classes. Trust me. My favorite studios in NY are Physique 57 and Pure Barre (pictured). I suggest booking through Classpass as it's significantly cheaper and allows you the flexibility to book a variety of studios and classes.

Taxi – Curb App

Uber has always been my go to car app in NY (if I'm not taking a Citi Bike or the subway), but ever since covid the prices have skyrocketed as a result of driver shortages. Download the taxi app Curb or hail a yellow cab like the good old days.
